I started Unite Counselling to help offer a safe counselling space to couples and individuals who were struggling in their personal relationships. It is easy to get stuck in unhelpful patterns and talking to an impartial outsider is an opportunity for sharing problems and achieving personal growth. I am a believer in helping people achieve real world skills that can help them communicate with their partner more effectively. 

I started my counselling journey in Brighton, earning my basic level certificates before latterly gaining my Post Graduate Diploma in humanistic counselling. I also hold a BA honours degree and a Masters Degree.
